Access to resources is just as important a form of mental health care as therapy, and that’s always already part of my work and mission. I figure If you’re looking for a therapist, there might be other resources you’re trying to find as well. Sometimes it’s hella frustrating to not know where to start or what to search. Check back, I’ll update this regularly to ensure that the resources are as accurate as I can manage.
In the meantime, if there’s something particular you’re looking for, email me and let me know. If there’s something you’d like to see here in the future, let me know.
You’ll see things listed here that you may or may not agree with, and I respect that. I do not receive any compensation for listing any of these resources, nor are they an unwavering endorsement of the materials or their creators. I like to think about things I think are interesting, challenging, transgressive, compassionate. These are things I think on and revisit often, and which have had a direct impact on the way I approach my work. This is far from exhaustive, but a work in progress.
FINDING A THERAPIST, but maybe somewhere besides Psychology Today

I LIKE A PODCAST, kinda somtimes, and these are consistently engaging:
I DON’T REALLY LIKE AN APP, even when they are consistently useful:
